Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PagePilot, a social media management tool operated by ADBUYAO ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using PagePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

PagePilot is a social media management tool that enables users to schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, generate text variations using AI to help diversify content, and manage content across multiple connected Facebook Pages. PagePilot is operated by ADBUYAO, a creative advertising agency based in Goa, India.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using PagePilot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You are solely responsible for all content posted through PagePilot, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. USER CONTENT

- You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or publish through PagePilot.
- You grant ADBUYAO a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the PagePilot service.
- Your content may not include any material that violates the terms or policies of any third-party platform with which PagePilot integrates, including Facebook and Instagram Community Standards.
- We may remove or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PagePilot enables you to connect to third-party services such as Facebook. By connecting your accounts, you authorize a secure authentication token to pass from the third-party service to PagePilot for the express purpose of providing the service.

Third-party services are not under our control, and ADBUYAO is not responsible for any third-party service's use of your information, its availability, or its content. Your relationship with each third-party service provider is governed by their own terms and policies. You specifically understand that we are not responsible for third-party services, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any losses or damages resulting from your use of third-party services.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

PagePilot uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to generate text variations of your content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.
- You remain solely responsible for all content published through your account, whether original or AI-generated.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use PagePilot to:
- Post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Violate any third-party platform's terms of service or community standards, including Facebook and Meta policies.
- Post spam, misleading content, or engage in deceptive practices.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service or any systems or networks connected to our service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized means to access the service beyond its intended functionality.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PagePilot service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by ADBUYAO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service without our prior written consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- ADBUYAO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PagePilot.
- ADBUYAO is not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms, including account suspensions, content removals, or policy changes.
- ADBUYAO is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party social media platforms.
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADBUYAO and its proprietor, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or connected with:
- Your use of PagePilot
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content or its publication on any platform
- Your violation of any third-party platform's terms or policies

11. PRIVACY

Your use of PagePilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://adbuyao.com/privacy-policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your data at any time. For details, please see our Data Deletion Policy at https://adbuyao.com/data-deletion.

13. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may stop using PagePilot and request account deletion at any time by contacting admin@adbuyao.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PagePilot if you violate these Terms.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of PagePilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Goa, Goa, India.
