At ADBUYAO, we respect your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your data from PagePilot, our social media management tool.

YOUR RIGHT TO DATA DELETION

As a user of PagePilot, you have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data held by us at any time. We are committed to honoring your requests in a timely and transparent manner.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to: admin@adbuyao.com

In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your PagePilot account
- A clear statement that you wish to have your data deleted

Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm your identity and proceed with the deletion process.

WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

1. Account Information - Your username, email address, password hash, and all personal identifiers associated with your PagePilot account.

2. Connected Social Media Profiles - All connected social media profiles will be unlinked and associated data (OAuth tokens, page IDs, page names, access tokens) will be permanently deleted from our systems.

3. Posts and Schedules - All scheduled posts, draft posts, and historical post records managed through your PagePilot account will be permanently deleted.

4. AI-Generated Content - All text variations and AI-generated content created for your account will be deleted.

5. Usage Data - Analytics data, activity logs, and any other usage information associated with your account will be deleted.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note the following:

- Deleting your data from PagePilot does NOT remove content that has already been published to social media platforms such as Facebook. You must contact the social media platform directly to remove any published content.

- Once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use PagePilot again in the future.

- We may retain certain information if required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.

TIMELINE

Your data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

AUTOMATIC DATA DELETION VIA FACEBOOK

If you connected your Facebook account to PagePilot, you can also initiate data deletion through Facebook:
1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find PagePilot in the list
3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
4. This will trigger an automatic data deletion request to our systems

DATA DELETION FOR FACEBOOK LOGIN USERS

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, when you remove PagePilot from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings, we will automatically:
- Delete all data associated with your Facebook connection
- Remove all stored access tokens
- Delete any Facebook Page data stored in our systems
