a) Account Information
When you create a PagePilot account, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials. We use this information to create and manage your account and provide our services.

b) Information from Connected Social Media Accounts

Facebook: PagePilot may allow you to connect a Facebook Page to your PagePilot account, in which case we will access certain information from Facebook regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username, page ID or profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by PagePilot to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

c) AI-Generated Content
PagePilot uses artificial intelligence services (OpenAI) to generate text variations of your content to help diversify your social media posts. Your original text is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not store your content on third-party servers beyond the duration of the API call.

d) Automatically Collected Information
When you use our website or services, we may automatically collect device information, IP address, browser type, usage data, and log data.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Publish your content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
- Generate text variations using AI to help diversify your content
- Schedule and manage post timing across your connected pages
- Display engagement metrics and post performance data
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Improve and maintain our services
- Comply with legal obligations

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third parties.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Social Media Platforms: When you explicitly schedule or publish a post through PagePilot, your content is sent to the connected social media platform (such as Facebook) for publishing. This sharing only occurs at your direction.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our services, including OpenAI for text generation and cloud hosting providers. We require these third parties to maintain the privacy and security of the personal information they process on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.

Any collection, use, and management of personal information by the social networks, including Facebook and Instagram, is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party social networks.

5. DATA SECURITY

- We never view, process, or store your social network account passwords. All connections to social media platforms occur through secure OAuth authentication.
- All API communications use HTTPS encryption.
- Access tokens are stored securely on your local device.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Draft and published social media posts are retained in our system for your reference.

Please note that deleting your data from PagePilot does not delete content already published to social networks. Published content may continue to exist on the social networks even after you delete it from our services. You must contact the relevant social network directly if you want to remove published content.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.

8. DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@adbuyao.com. Upon receiving your verified request, we will delete:
- Your account information
- All connected social media profile data and tokens
- All scheduled and historical posts managed through your account
- All AI-generated text variations created for your account

You may also revoke PagePilot's access to your Facebook account at any time by going to Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, and removing PagePilot.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
